Over the past 3 years we have heard about and witnessed more and more cases of SARS and the UIF Department clamping down on normal “average” households regarding their registration and payment of PAYE and or UIF for their domestic workers.  It has become clear that the obligations and requirements are potentially daunting and confusing for people and if they aren’t, they are just very time consuming.  Whilst calculating and paying over UIF has been law since 2003, it has largely been ignored by many families and employers.  However, with the recent enforcement there is a clear need for the stress free service of having a domestic workers’ pay and contracts to be taken care of for busy people.
